To help Visa attract the next generation of talent, we partnered with their global People team to build a bold, employee-powered brand campaign. The goal: inspire early-to-mid career professionals, activate internal advocates, and position Visa as a top destination in tech and finance.
Despite being a globally trusted brand, Visa wasn’t top of mind for purpose-driven, innovation-focused talent. The benefits were strong—but the story was under-told.
